Username and password difficulties

You have a unique username and password, please do not share your account with anyone else as the other person may have a different site to you and also your material has been developed for you. If you do find difficulties with the login or with passwords, new details can be dispatched to you by contacting support.

Blocked cookies?

Cookies allow us to provide more interactive features to our users and make your experiance on our site as easy as possible.

If you are currently using 'Microsoft Internet Explorer 6' or 'Microsoft Windows XP' then it is likely that your 'Cookie settings' could have been changed from their default setting 'medium'.

Therefore when users login to our website it is likely that they will be returned instantly to our login screen (Home Page) and presented with a blocked Cookie icon at the bottom right of your Internet explorer window (see Image below):

If this is the case and the blocked Cookie icon can be seen, then follow the following instructions.

Editing you Internet Explorer Properties to accept Cookies:

  1. Select 'Tools' at the top of your Internet Explorer window.
  2. Then select 'Internet Options...' from the drop down menu.
  3. From the 'Internet Options' pop up window select the 'Privacy tab' from the top by clicking on it.
  4. Now move the slider, that is on the left hand side so that its Privacy setting is set to 'Medium'.
  5. In order to accept your new changes click 'Accept' at the bottom right of the Internet Options pop up window, and then click 'OK'.
  6. When you now return to your Internet Browser Click the 'Refresh'button on the main toolbar.
  7. Next, log in again, using your 'Username' and 'Password'.
